Sausage and Corn Chowder


Ingredients:

1 pound of mild or regular sausage (Jimmy Dean, Owens, or Venison)

1 can whole kernel corn

1 can cream corn

2 cans cream of potato soup

1 pint of half & half


Directions:

  1. Brown the sausage. Drain and crumble.

  2. Drain whole kernel corn.

  3. Add canned ingredients to sausage pan. Heat through.

  4. Add half & half. Warm, stirring often.

  5. Serve with cornbread or crackers :)

** Double this recipe for a LARGE pot of soup (crock pot size) that feeds an army!!
