Sausage and Corn Chowder
Ingredients:
1 pound of mild or regular sausage (Jimmy Dean, Owens, or Venison)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream corn
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 pint of half & half
Directions:
Brown the sausage. Drain and crumble.
Drain whole kernel corn.
Add canned ingredients to sausage pan. Heat through.
Add half & half. Warm, stirring often.
Serve with cornbread or crackers :)
** Double this recipe for a LARGE pot of soup (crock pot size) that feeds an army!!
